Where My Ladies At?

When I look around at my office, the fact that I don't see as many women as I would like may not be because women are choosing to stay home or unable to get hired in financial services. It probably just means they're in school:

A part of me is still shocked that we think that a women shouldn't be in the "workplace." While we continue to have a dialogue that considers child rearing to be something other than work, we will continue to rate women as second class citizens. The question is not whether women belong in the workplace, it's whether or not the home is a workplace.
